mark incident triggers in logging web-viewer

Description
I just added code to mark the triggering event when using "flogtool dump" to display an incident report (in [4a9a64aabd058e51e30c681b0866aadcaea55f71]), but we need similar code to mark the trigger when using the web-viewer. We also need a hyperlink to point at the triggers from the web-viewer's welcome page.
