Description
There is an internal interface to report the version of the program (and versions of foolscap, etc) over the flogport, but there is not yet a switch to flogtool to fetch and display this. Add one.

done, in [eddbe43996d760636bcf5bdd706c1de041fa31cb]. 'flogtool tail' now shows the remote versions unconditionally, right after connecting.
