I just started using the "HTTP Nowhere" firefox extension: https://addons.mozilla.org/en-us/firefox/addon/http-nowhere/
I can't access the foolscap trac without turning it off.

Foolscap is now running under a Lets Encrypt certificate. (actually I deployed it a month or two ago, but forgot we had a ticket to track it)
Incidentally, it's also available via an onion address. See the front-page wiki for the URL.
Note: See
TracTickets for help on using
tickets.
I'd love to fix this by using Let's Encrypt (the automated-cert-deployment project by the EFF, among others).
This Trac lives inside a WSGI container in a twisted.web server, so we might first have to implement and contribute Twisted support to the Let's Encrypt project.
