timestamps of incident files -- ISO-8601'ish

I'm looking at some "incident" files, with names like: 

incident-2008-08-22-162028-hd4vfua.flog.bz2

I would appreciate it if the timestamps on these files had ISO-8601'ish format, like this: 

incident-2008-08-22_16:20:28-hd4vfua.flog.bz2
