7	update setup.py with PyPI keywords	Brian Warner		"setup.py needs to acquire all the metadata that's currently in the foolscap entry on !PyPI (http://pypi.python.org/pypi/foolscap/0.1.5). With that in place, I can update the cheeseshop entry by just typing 'setup.py register'.
