    100100It's possible that the incident-logging mechanism does not tolerate errors that occur as it runs, which could lead to the loop.

    102 Incidentally, nothing in this points blame at `twisted.logger.LogLevel.info` being a `NamedConstant`. I think something in one of the logs I've seen recently made me think this was a problem, but it's not this particular reproduction case. The !NamedConstant appeared in twisted-15.2.0.

Twisted-15.2.0 was the first version that started using !NamedConstant.
