228	replace Lore-based hosted HTML docs with pointers to github .rst files	Brian Warner		"Currently this website (foolscap.lothar.com) hosts a dozen-ish HTML documentation files, which were generated from Lore sources from the 0.6.5 release. These have been replaced with .rst files, hosted (and rendered nicely) on !GitHub.

I need to remove the .html files from this site, and replace them with pointers to the github files. A simple HTML file with a couple of links should be enough.
