set up github post-receive hook to trigger trac-side repo pull- look into add-comment-on-ticket-refs commit-message scanner plugin
- overhaul buildbot
- automate release process, tarball generation, deb generation

github post-receive hook done, repo now pulls in response to github push, cronjob removed
