flogtool tail/dump should have color-coded output for different tubids

Description
if there are multiple sources in the logfile (tubids, or different incarnation records), there should be an option to color-code the output according to which program created the message. This suggests that 'flogtool tail FURL1 FURL2...' might be a good idea, to follow multiple programs at once.

hm, of course, this would require ANSI escape sequences or something. 'flogtool web-viewer' should have regular CSS-based color coding.
