This site contains the Mercurial Foolscap repositories. You probably want to look at the trunk, and you might prefer the "gitweb" style. To browse the most current code, use the "Manifest" link at the top of the trunk page.
You can pull a current tree by running the following mercurial command:
hg clone http://foolscap.lothar.com/repos/trunk foolscap-trunk
The most recent release is foolscap-0.2.7 (gpg signature). Older releases are available here.
The Foolscap Trac Instance Is Here, and is probably more useful than this page. Please use it for all bugs and patches.
